"Las carrozas de Dénia" (The floats parade) volver

"Las carrozas de Dénia" (The floats parade was declared a Festival of Provincial Tourist Interest in 2007. It is celebrated the afternoon of the second Saturday of the "Festa Major". It walks through the central streets of the city: Patricio Ferrándiz, Marqués de Campo and Diana street.

It exhibits showy floats made by the eleven Falles commissions of Denia.The floats are accompanied by comparsas that dress the streets in colorful costumes and fun dances. Both floats and comparsas participate in an awards contest that are delivered the same afternoon.

Also it is the parade of the Falles Ladies and their courts, representatives of the festivals of other towns, as well as associations of the city.

ACCESSIBILITY


Rental of Chairs to sit along the Floasts Parade at the Social Center, on 13, 14 and 15 July, from 10:00 to 13:00 hrs.


Space thoughout the Flots Parade reserved for people using  Wheelchair  at the beginning of Calle Marqués de Campo (next to the cafeteria Carrió).
