Chair Rental for the Dénia Float Parade
In the days leading up to the parade, tickets will be available for purchase at the Social Center box office.
An accessible area has been reserved for individuals using wheelchairs along the Dénia Float Parade, located at the beginning of Marqués de Campo Street (next to the Carrió café).
"Las carrozas de Dénia" (The floats parade was declared a Festival of Provincial Tourist Interest in 2007. It is celebrated the afternoon of the second Saturday of the "Festa Major". It walks through the central streets of the city: Patricio Ferrándiz, Marqués de Campo and Diana street.
It exhibits showy floats made by the eleven Falles commissions of Denia.The floats are accompanied by comparsas that dress the streets in colorful costumes and fun dances. Both floats and comparsas participate in an awards contest that are delivered the same afternoon.
Also it is the parade of the Falles Ladies and their courts, representatives of the festivals of other towns, as well as associations of the city.
